Domains
Yes. You can register a domain name with us completely independently of a hosting plan. We support over 200 TLDs including .co.za, .africa, .com, .net, .org and many more. Search for your domain →
Get your EPP/auth code from your current registrar, then initiate the transfer from our domain transfer page. Most transfers complete within 5–7 days. Your domain will not experience any downtime during the transfer.
Yes — if you have auto-renew enabled and a valid payment method on file, your domain will renew automatically before expiry. You will receive reminder emails in advance. You can manage auto-renew settings from your client area.
After expiry, most domains enter a grace period (typically 30 days) during which you can still renew at the standard price. After that a redemption period applies with additional fees. We recommend keeping auto-renew on to avoid this situation entirely.
Billing & Payments
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), EFT/bank transfer, and PayFast. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. You can manage your payment methods from your client area.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact our support team for a full refund. Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once processed.
Yes — no lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees. You can cancel any hosting plan at any time from your client area. Your service remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Prices on our website are exclusive of VAT. South African clients will have 15% VAT added at checkout as required by SARS regulations. International clients outside South Africa are not subject to South African VAT.
